broken lockno hot water
the room keys didn't work properly when i arrived i had to wait a long time in the hallway while they fixed the lock the bell boy didn't speak english this made it hard to communicate i also found there was no hot water in the shower that was really disappointing after a long day

Really good Stay!

The breakfast was really balanced with a vast selection of Asian and Western food! The egg station had choices , made my mornings perfect. Rooms were big, clean, and well-equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dryer, and replenished water bottles every day. I loved the free tuk-tuk rides to the main road, it helped my tired feet a lot!
I noticed there was no hot water available in the shower, a bit inconvenient one morning.

The reception staff were courteous, they decorated the hotel for Chinese New Year and Valentine's Day. That was a nice touch! Plus, housekeeping was prompt with requests and kept everything super clean. I really felt welcomed.

i really appreciated the complimentary tuk tuk service to the main road this made getting around so easy breakfast had many tasty options including asian and western dishes plus an egg station the pool was perfect for cooling off after a day exploring.

the gym offers a complete workout solution with dumbbells machines and pleasant open views the swimming pool area features dedicated hours and there is also sauna available for some relaxation time during your stay.

The staff was polite and tried to be helpful. I appreciated that.
The room felt outdated, it lacked a modern touch, it was plain. the sky train was further than i hoped. I had to rely on taxis more than expected. this added to my transportation costs and time spent in traffic.

i had to wait over 30 minutes in the hallway during check-in. the room key did not work at first. there was no hot water available in the shower.
